Recruitment - Insurance Business Consultants:
TNC Management Group (Morrison NJ) is
seeking a full-time Insurance Business Consultant. Prevailing wage will
be paid. Job can be performed from anywhere in the US. and
30-50% travel is required. Master's Degree in mathematics, statistics,
actuarial science, or insurance-related field is required. Specific job
duties include:
Requirements
- Evaluate client technical
and business requirements, devise client-specific solutions, and
articulate approaches and recommendations to clients;
- Apply Bayesian Network
and other advanced analytics to help the auto insurance industry to
reduce average severity by identifying overwritten auto repair
estimates;
- Apply predictive modeling
to rank claims according to statistical likelihood of fraud and improve
both quantity and quality referrals;
- Apply VBA to build
self-audit questionnaire form for call center development;
- Conduct various pricing
analyses such as: building and maintaining model re-raters,
developing flat acquisition (retention and conversion) factors and
collecting accurate expense data for state rate filings;
- Create worksheets for
clients to compare loss ratio between current and proposed auto
insurance factors by shifting customers in different feature groups;
- Analyze customer
conversion, retention and response rates, and maintain and update
and reformat data source;
- Use SAS tools to build
faster premium rater to improve overall experience, quote and
in-force rater efficiency;
