Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading/delivering business requirements analysis and documentation
• Familiarity with all facets of the software development approach in an insurance setting, including Requirements Definition, Software Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation
• Ability to learn, develop and tailor TNC solutions to prospective clients
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive working relationships with partners and clients to clarify intent, proactively identify potential problems, manage risk, suggest changes, and clearly explain business impacts
• Strong skills in the use of standard desktop applications for communicating ideas, writing reports and presenting information
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must
• Experience in consulting or in property and casualty insurance is desired
