Requirements

• At least 8 years experience direct oversight of systems implementation or systems integration project, including at least one large, full-lifecycle project
• At least 3 years of experience working in the insurance industry a big plus
• Consulting experience, ideally within the insurance industry
• At least 8 years software development, implementation, and/or integration and testing experience. Familiarity with all facets of the software development approach in an insurance setting, including Requirements Definition, Software Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation
• Ability to evaluate client technical and business requirements, devise client-specific solutions, accurately estimate required level-of-effort, and convincingly articulate approaches and recommendations to clients
• Ability to learn, develop and tailor TNC solutions to prospective clients
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive working relationships with partners and clients to clarify intent, proactively identify potential problems, manage risk, suggest changes, and clearly explain business impacts
• Project Management methodology development, process and/or PMO experience desirable
• Strong skills in the use of standard desktop applications for communicating ideas, writing reports and presenting information, and MS Project for developing schedules and work breakdown structures, and to analyze data and information
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must
• PMI PMP credential a strong plus
